FAQ
What is your approach to business?
I only hire those who have a passion for the earth and making it a better place for everyone. Without love and respect, we don't have anything.
With this mindset we can then innovate and work together to find iterative, healthy approaches to making the work easier, faster, cleaner, and more efficient.
What is your customer service approach and philosophy?
To me business is not all about making profits, it is about having a solid and respectful relationship with the customers.
We take the time to educate customers on problems we see, not just fix them. We are grateful for our customers and do what we can to serve them, knowing if we go the extra mile for them and take time for them, they will be our greatest advocates when it comes to growth and the future.
Why are you barefoot?
I have been barefoot since 2019. I believe in creating awareness about how we are treating the earth, and I believe in connecting deeper to her by going barefoot. The earth gives us everything we need to live, and I want to pay tribute to her goodness by connecting with her everyday.
It also shows how safe our products are. I am 100% comfortable walking on it (even ingesting it occasionally) which means it is truly healthy and I am only putting products in your soil that healthy and beneficial.
I also believe in slowing down, enjoying the journey of life, and not rushing off to the next destination. I will spend the time it takes to get the job done right the first time, respecting my time and yours.
Are your products pet friendly?
Yes, our commitment is to be organic and as natural as possible. Our products are animal, human, and microbe friendly. We consider this approach to be one of the biggest factors in our products. We avoid harsh chemicals and are striving to be chemical free before 2025.
As we transition to chemical free we are finding ways to cut back on traditional fertilizers by using our own custom organic mixtures. In concentrated forms even natural and organic materials can be strong mixtures. We make sure they are diluted before bringing them to your establishment.
What does my lawn need?
Every plot of land is different. Most developed land is affected by one or more of the following:
Compaction which affects water and root penetration
Poor soil with imbalanced nutrients
Lack of organic materials for water retention
Plant damaging pH levels
Disrupted microbial ecosystem
Harsh chemical management
Inappropriate watering techniques
Fortunately we know how to fix these naturally, quickly, and permanently. Instead of feeding your plants unhealthy chemical fertilizers, we choose to fix the root of the problem which is the soil. How would your life be better with healthier soil?
Hint: Healthy soil leads to nutrient rich foods, gardens, and lawns that use less water, and grow with ease. Weeds also struggle to grow in healthy soil.
How do I get rid of my weeds?
Weeds are a prime indicator of unhealthy soil. Their job is to create diversity to break up compacted soils, and create organic material for more established plants to grow. Grass needs healthy soil to grow well. You can skip the weed stage and jump right into complete soil health by using our products.
We do use a weed preventer at first, as we get the soil established. Once we get it corrected though it is scientifically proven that weed seeds don’t sprout in truly healthy soil. Once we get to this point we can use natural products to keep lawns healthy.
